The “Club 365MX” stands for a unique place where motorsport enthusiasts can meet on Tenerife. With a mild climate all year round, weather garranty, breathtaking scenery and cultural diversity, the island is perfect for our project.

You know that a project like this cannot be financed in the traditional way. Anyone who owns a racetrack or is active in racing will confirm this. Even less on our island!

Therefore we need donations / sponsoring / partnerships to help us grow and invest.
1st option
As a private person you get VIP access to our vehicles and experiences depending on your “user level”. 365 days p.a.
2nd option
You are a company and support us with Financial means, products, services or other resources. In return, you are part of a sustainable project in the field of sustainable energy, motorsport and education. Marketing/PR/Image 

Our aim and offer is to provide you with a wide range of offers that you can take advantage of 365 days a year. If we reach certain funding targets through the community, we can even acquire real estate to further expand our offering.

You may be familiar with the golf club system. There are monthly membership fees and investment levies.

Our “365MX Clubhouse” is located on a 100,000 m² area.10 Minutes from airport south. Here you will find:

• 1,500 m oficial motocross/off-road race track
• 300 m long children's track (Mini SX)
• 8,000 m² asphalt area
• 15sqm² LED video Screen
• Spectator grandstand 500 people
• Cantine, Bathrooms, etc...

• 25x Motocross-Bikes
• 2x Offroad Buggies
• 2x Enduro Husqvarna 701/ Fantic 300cm
• 1x Land Rover 1972
• 1x Racecar trailer

As a next step, we would like to improve the projects "Motorsport meets education", infrastructure and purchase additional vehicles. Depending on your “user level” (influenced by your contribution / your donation / your sponsorship), we can even procure personalized vehicles for you and keep them continuously ready for use.

The actual scope of this project is in the hands of the community - the higher the participation, the more we can achieve together.

I, Fabian Künnemann (LinkedIN), am launching this appeal so that our shared vision can continue to grow: A place for motorsport enthusiasts that we create and develop together. For me personally, this place is a welcome escape from the daily discussions in business and politics - and I am convinced that there are many like-minded people.

Our project was not created out of greed or personal enrichment. Without additional donations, sponsors or a growing clientele, it would take decades to realize our vision.

Ultimately, however, it is up to everyone to decide whether they can identify with our idea and would like to participate.

   Review and calculation of new investments.

3. Feedback from Interested Parties
   Notification to all interested parties regarding our financial resources, investment plans, and the coordination of individual user levels.

   After a thorough review and feedback analysis, you will know your user level and can proceed with investing or confirming your membership financially.
