Motocross is one of the most physically demanding sports in the world, requiring both strength and skill. In fact, this extreme sport is often completely underestimated in terms of physical fitness, both by beginners and outsiders who believe it's just about riding a motorcycle and that the bike does all the work. Quite the opposite is true.

Motocross requires a combination of endurance, strength/endurance, mobility, balance, body control, and mental fitness for proactive riding.

Motocross is motorsport. In motorsport, we work with the most advanced materials and products. We have to deal with engine technology, chassis technology, geometry, physics, and in the future, with electric propulsion systems. This aspect is a perfect opportunity, especially for children or adolescents, to learn about various subject areas through their hobby and to continue their education while having fun.

I've been riding motocross since I was 5 years old and have been intensely involved in the theory of racing. Through my own companies in motorsports & automotive industry, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to speak with many professionals and continuously improve my knowledge.

Thanks to my own experiences, I have been studying psychology since 2009. In my career in management, I was responsible for many employees and received elite training. Today, I combine this knowledge and aim to pass it on to future generations.
